A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due by May 1, 2025.
The standard package does not include airfare, but we offer an airfare-inclusive option. Those who select this option will also receive complimentary airport transfers. The recommended flights are Aer Lingus EI 86 (outbound) and EI 87 (return) from Cleveland.
Transportation is provided to and from the Pep Rally on Thursday and to the Kiski School game on Friday. The awards luncheon on Saturday is within walking distance (1 block) from both hotels. After the luncheon, there will be a parade to Aviva Stadium for the college football game.
Daily breakfast is included from August 21-24, as well as the awards luncheon on Saturday. Other meals are not included, giving you the freedom to explore Dublin's excellent dining options.
Yes! There are several opportunities to connect with the team throughout the trip. These include the Thursday Pep Rally, Friday's game and tailgate at Old Wesley Rugby Club, and Saturday's Awards Banquet at RDS before the college game.
